Thank you so much to the lovely lady parked beside me on Tuesday by City Hall Park. I thought for sure I’d have a parking ticket when I realized I had forgotten to go out and fill my meter while working. When I went out I was pleasantly surprised. No ticket. As I was looking at the meter this nice lady opened her window and said she had seen the Commissionaire coming and plugged it for me. Kindness rocks. Thank you!
