I ordered the kids school supplies online and had them delivered to my house. My email said the package was delivered; however, there was nothing on the step or in the mailbox. I work from home so I knew that no delivery attempt was made. I called the supplier and they ensured me that delivery was made. I decided to give it a day or two before re-ordering and shortly after a lovely neighbour knocked to deliver the package to me. It was delivered to the wrong address. Her kindness saved me a couple hundred dollars and we made a new friend in the neighbourhood! Thanks Nicole!
